Welcome to Foothills Amish Furniture (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of foothillsamishfurniture.com, our showroom services, online tools, and any related applications or integrations we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Store Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of the website and services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

4. Product information and custom furniture

We sell handcrafted Amish furniture. Product images, finishes, dimensions, and descriptions are provided for convenience and may vary due to natural wood characteristics, photography, and display settings.

We do not display retail prices on the website. Pricing is provided by quote through our showroom team. Options, customizations, and timelines are confirmed when you inquire or place an order. Custom and made-to-order items are also subject to our Store Policies (special orders, completion estimates, returns, warranty, and damage reporting).

5. Orders, payment, shipping, and returns

Orders, deposits, payment requirements, sales tax, shipping/delivery, storage, warranties, and returns are governed by our Store Policies and any order documents provided at purchase. Where these Terms conflict with a signed order or invoice for a specific purchase, the order/invoice terms control for that purchase.

6. Accounts and communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You consent to receive transactional communications related to your inquiries and orders (for example confirmations and shipping updates). Marketing messages are sent only where permitted by law and your preferences; you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. Third-party services and social platforms

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and tools, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising networks, and social platforms such as Pinterest and similar services. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services. If you connect a social or developer account (for example to publish or manage content), you authorize use of the permissions you grant only as described in our Privacy Policy and the relevant platform’s rules.

8. Intellectual property

Site content—including text, images, logos, product photography, layout, and software—is owned by Foothills Amish Furniture or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

9. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, messages, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. Except as expressly stated in our Store Policies, manufacturer warranties, or a written agreement, the Services and site content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foothills Amish Furniture and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Foothills Amish Furniture from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving Landrum / Spartanburg County, South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
